How to Use
Apply directly to bare lips. Glide in an even layer from the center of lips and smooth outwards toward corners of the mouth. Always close the cap tightly to lengthen product life.

They are not waterproof like the label says and they don’t really color the lips it is really hard to have any color show on the lips

Odd how when I want to give this product a 1 star review it does not let me. The liners aren't good quality. It's so harsh to apply and you need to rub realllllly hard in order to get pigment on your lips. It's really ruff to put on, does not apply smoothly at all.
